The Soigne’ Stellar Awards is Soigne’ + Swank Magazine’s annual recognition of leaders who create results, build people, and strengthen communities. Each year, we spotlight the Top 50 Leaders of Distinction across five categories. You can nominate someone you admire or nominate yourself. If your work has reach and your work shows impact, this is for you.
We welcome everyone at every level, from emerging to established to apply. What matters most is what you have built, what you have improved, and who has benefited from your leadership, products or services.
For leaders inside corporations, government agencies, nonprofits, and large institutions. You lead people, programs, or initiatives and can point to outcomes you helped deliver.
For founders and business owners building something sustainable. Your business solves a problem, serves people well, and shows progress through growth, results, or community contribution.
For writers and publishing leaders whose words create action. Your work reaches readers, shapes thinking, builds community, or supports transformation through books, essays, publishing, or thought leadership.
For teachers, professors, trainers, and learning leaders who improve outcomes. You teach, mentor, design learning experiences, or lead programs that help people grow and succeed.
For advocates and community builders driving change. You organize, serve, mobilize, and lead initiatives with clear outcomes that strengthen people and communities.
Before you apply, make sure you can clearly share the role you lead in, the need you addressed, and the work you led, built, launched, or improved. Next, explain the results your leadership produced and who benefited. Then include proof of impact through links, photos, programs, press, or published work.

Our expert panel evaluates all entries based on leadership excellence and tangible results to identify top candidates.

We select the Top 50 across all categories based on the strongest applications. As a result, we do not set a fixed number of honorees per category. If we select you, you receive a digital honoree badge for your website and social pages, a listing in the official Top 50 directory on soigneswank.com, and recognition across Soigne’ + Swank platforms during the May announcement.
